Very yummy and creative dishes. Honestly, the food tastes a lot better than how it looks.
Their Braised Chicken Soup (4.5 stars) is very nicely braised: the meat is on point, the noodle is perfectly steamed, and the broth tastes so good.
Curry Samon (4.5 stars) is also so good. The vegetable is a bit under-cooked, I personally think so, but the curry sauce is tasty and the salmon is perfectly friend that the salmon still got its sweetness in it.
I appreciate their service too, 5 starts on the service. Treat customers very tentatively and respectfully. The food all come out very fast too.
Bonus: at the end of the night there's guitar singing happening. Not sure if it's every Saturday or just occasionally. They close at 2am, so it's just perfect place to get healthy food after all the fun of the day. Such a hidden gem for Thai food.

My favorite Thai restaurant in the City! I tried this place with a co-workers a few years ago and has been going there ever since.

Lapats is a hidden gem in the tenderloin and a delightful surprise. I saw it recommended to me on yelp and ordered delivery once and takeout once. Both times I got Lapats special noodle and it's sooo good. Must get! I got the vermicelli noodle. I also got crab fried rice, which was good but was more sweet than I would have liked. I have a savory tooth. Many of the Thai dishes look and sound very authentic and are not what you would find in a typical American Thai restaurant. They are also one of the only good restaurants open until 1 am if you have midnight munchies. I did the research one fateful night. Definitely worth checking out.
